EDUCATIONAL AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

 DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED text for LittleSEED and GrapeSEED English for Children, ages 3 –

12. Served as designer, writer, and chief editor to create the first EFL/ESL curriculum built

solely on the functional-notional structural approach. 2006 – 2020.

 DEVELOPED SRI’s Math and English curriculum, plus two high school preparatory courses

Success Math and Success English. 2002 - 2010

 DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED Fluensee, a three-year program created for the non-fluent

reader, including ESL and Special Ed students. 2004-2005.

 DEVELOPED Reading Advantage, a computerized reading program, grades 2 – 12; 1600

character-building stories, 15,000 LEM vocabulary, and 45,000 audio files. 1999 – 2005.

 RAISED FUNDS for Orphan Rescue, providing buildings, vehicles, supplies, etc., for Messiah

Ministries Orphanage and the construction of the Dzalo Skills Center in Zambia. 1997 –

Present.

 SUPERVISED ACE’s design and development of English as Your Second Language, integrating

Total Physical Response (TPR), audio, video, and kinesthetic learning techniques in a self-

paced, self-instructional course for adult English literacy. 1993 – 1995

 MANAGED ACE’s development team of over 100 writers, editors, artists, designers,

programmers, screen talent, producers, and technicians; $6M annual budget. 1992 – 1999.

 INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION INTERNSHIP, Johannesburg, RSA., Traveled throughout

southern Africa, promoting Christian education, assisting in five school startups. 2003.
